Our offer ranges from advice for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care, as well as home care and support. As the largest public Spitex in the district of Dielsdorf, we provide outpatient services for our nine contracting municipalities. Thanks to our comprehensive range of care, we enable people, despite health limitations, to stay in their usual home for as long as possible. It is planned to establish a night Spitex shortly. Your tasks • Care, support and advice for our clients at home • Organization and planning of your work during the day from Monday to Friday • Responsibility for carrying out assessments with Inter RAI-CMH, psychosocial care and support for people with chronic and mental illnesses, as well as conducting interviews and support oriented towards the recovery of therapeutic processes • Intensive exchanges, including beyond the boundaries of le centre de santé de Dielsdorf, with relatives, social workers, the KESB, specialized services, doctors, etc. • Active participation in the implementation and continuous development of the psychiatry Spitex Your profile • Completed training as a registered nurse DN II/HF/FH • Several years of professional experience in the field of psychiatry • High social, methodological and professional skills • Very good knowledge of German, oral and written • Current IT knowledge (MS Office, Perigon) • Category B driver's license, personal car desired • Autonomous and responsible way of working Our offer Interested?
