Scaffolding Team Leader As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Scaffolding Team Leader to strengthen our team. Your responsibilities Organize and supervise the assembly, modification, and disassembly of scaffolding. Supervise a team of erectors and ensure the proper distribution of tasks. Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality requirements, and safety rules. Check the compliance of the installations before handing them over to the client. Ensure site monitoring in collaboration with management and other stakeholders. Ensure the good condition of the equipment provided. Your profile Proven experience in the field of scaffolding (minimum 2 years), with experience as a team leader. Good knowledge of the safety standards in force in Switzerland. Sense of organization, autonomy, and team spirit. Ability to manage a team and to make decisions on the construction site. Category B driving license indispensable.
