Head of Logistics (m/f/d) – 100 %

Your tasks

• Leadership: You lead your team and your deputy, create clear responsibilities, and deploy people where they have the most impact.
• Operational Logistics: You ensure that our scaffolding material is available. Warehousing, orders, deliveries, and returns run cleanly and efficiently under your direction.
• Process Optimization: You question what is, and make it better. You actively drive the continuous improvement process (CIP).
• Digitalization: You get the maximum out of our logistics software in everyday life and contribute feedback and ideas for its further development.
• Transport and Infrastructure: You coordinate internal and external transports and are responsible for the vehicle and machine fleet as well as the infrastructure at the location.
• Safety and Quality: Occupational safety is your priority. You ensure order, cleanliness, and careful handling of material and operating resources.
• Cooperation: You work closely with the site management, construction managers, and the other branches. You are not hidden in the office, but present in the warehouse and yard and in direct exchange with your team. You decide clearly and implement priorities consistently.

What you bring with you

• Education: A completed vocational training in the manual, technical, or logistical field.
• Leadership experience: From your profession, the military, or a similar function.
• Will to change: You like to question processes, improve processes, and truly implement new things.
• IT affinity: You use digital tools and help to develop them further with your input.
• Communication and attitude: You communicate and decide clearly. You implement priorities consistently and take the initiative.
• Basics: Good German in speaking and writing as well as driving license Cat. B.

A classic training in logistics is not a mandatory requirement.
