Are you passionate about metal construction and do you want to lead varied projects, from design to realization?
For one of our clients, a recognized company in the field of metal construction and locksmithing, we are looking for a Metal Construction Project Manager to strengthen their team.

Your responsibilities

• Take charge of metal construction projects from A to Z
• Analyze technical files and define suitable solutions
• Ensure the preparation, planning, and monitoring of projects
• Develop and supervise execution plans in collaboration with draftsmen
• Participate in estimating and the preparation of offers
• Ensure the monitoring of costs, deadlines, and project profitability
• Manage material orders and coordinate suppliers and subcontractors
• Coordinate the different stakeholders: clients, architects, engineers, suppliers, and assembly teams
• Participate in site meetings and ensure the monitoring of work progress
• Be the main interlocutor for the client throughout the project
• Ensure compliance with standards, technical requirements, and safety rules
• Ensure the acceptance of work and the monitoring of any warranties
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the development of the business

Your profile

• Technical training in the field of metal construction, locksmithing, technical drawing, or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in managing metal construction projects in Switzerland
• Very good technical knowledge of metal structures and their implementation
• Mastery of reading plans and technical documents
• Experience in estimating, quantity surveying, and the preparation of offers
• Good knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations related to metal construction
• Experience in site coordination and with different stakeholders
• Ease in client management and project monitoring
• Sense of organization, autonomy, and initiative
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Mastery of French; German is an asset
