Carpenter EFZ (m/f/d)

Your tasks ###

• Organization and coordination of work processes as well as active cooperation in production and assembly
• Accompanying, supervising and providing technical support to apprentices during production orders
• Direct contact and trusted person for the assigned apprentices
• Carrying out training sequences, qualification interviews and assessments within the framework of vocational training
• Cooperation and operation of the CNC manufacturing center

Your profile ###

• Completed training as Schreiner EFZ, ideally with further training as Fertigungsspezialist VSSM
• VSSM vocational trainer training completed or willingness to complete it
• Driver's license category B mandatory for occasional assembly assignments
• Knowledge of C-technologies as well as basic knowledge in CNC programming and machining (NC-Hops)
• Goal-oriented, precise way of working with a strong sense of quality
• Responsible, independent and team-oriented personality
