The Fondation Altra in Schaffhouse is looking for, starting from 01.01.2027 or by agreement, a committed person for the management of our internal canteen and catering.

Your tasks

• Operational and personnel management of a small catering team
• Active participation in daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning
• Menu planning, calculations, purchasing and stock management
• Quality assurance as well as compliance with hygiene and food safety rules
• Organization and coordination of internal and external events
• Economic management of the department and budget responsibility
• Development of the gastronomic offering and implementation of new concepts
• Collaboration with different internal services

What you bring

• Completed training as a cook CFC and several years of professional experience
• Management experience and pleasure in developing a small team
• Experience in service and catering
• Experience in offer planning, calculations and purchasing
• Sense of organization, autonomous and solution-oriented working method
• Pronounced sense of hospitality and pleasure in working with diverse people
• Awareness of quality and economic understanding
• Open personality, reliable with humor and serenity
• Interest in working in a social and diverse environment
