Your tasks

• Ensuring professional, contemporary, and individual nursing and care

• Co-design and management of team meetings
• Support and guidance of employees in their professional and personal development
• Promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Active participation and responsibility in the nursing process
• Ensuring correct and complete nursing documentation
• Leading physician rounds and cooperation with doctors, pharmacies, and other specialist centers
• Cooperation with relatives and legal guardians
• Accompanying and supporting learners and interns in cooperation with the education officer
• Implementation of and compliance with hygiene, work, and fire protection regulations
• Participation in RAI assessments and service recording
• Implementation of quality standards and measures of quality management
• Ensuring a transparent flow of information within the various specialist departments
• Economic and responsible handling of material and resources

Your profile

• Recognized diploma in the field of nursing / healthcare
• Leadership experience or the willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Joy in working with mentally and physically impaired people in long-term care
• High social competence as well as empathy and assertiveness
• Confident oral and written communication
• Good IT user knowledge
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Ability to assess situations objectively and make appropriate decisions
• Pedagogical skill and joy in accompanying employees and learners
• Team and motivation skills
• Constructive handling of conflicts
• Driver's license
