We offer you, at our production site in Boncourt, a position as: MECHANICAL WORKSHOP MANAGER (M/F) Main mission: Mechanical workshop manager - Responsible for the manufacture and development of watchmaking tools, ensures the management and coordination of a team specialized in the manufacture, development and maintenance of tools intended for the field of watchmaking. He guarantees the quality, reliability and respect of production deadlines while actively contributing to technical improvement and the optimization of manufacturing processes. Job description Team management and coordination (20%) * Supervise, coordinate and support a team of specialized micro-mechanicians / polymechanicians. * Organize and distribute tasks according to production priorities and skills. * Ensure performance monitoring, the transfer of know-how and the development of skills. * Foster a collaborative working environment within a small team of experts. Production and manufacturing (80%) * Supervise the production of mechanical parts produced on a fleet of 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines, EDM, grinders as well as certain manual operations. * Actively participate in the manufacture, development and maintenance of tools. * Perform or supervise high-precision machining operations intended for watchmaking tooling. * Guarantee the conformity of the produced parts according to technical and quality requirements. Machine setup and monitoring * Set up, program and control CNC machines in order to ensure optimal operation. * Ensure the smooth running of machining operations and intervene in case of deviations or technical problems. * Optimize machining processes and production parameters. Quality and control * Guarantee production quality through: + 3D dimensional controls. + The use of measuring instruments. * Ensure the traceability and conformity of the produced parts. Planning * Guarantee respect for the production schedule. * Anticipate manufacturing needs and coordinate priorities with the relevant services. Profile * Technician in microtechnics or CFC micro-mechanician, polymechanician. * Federal diploma of mechanical workshop manager would be an additional asset * At least 3 years of professional experience. * Experience in team management. * Diploma as a trainer - polymechanician apprentice (an asset) * Good mastery of 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining. * Knowledge in CNC programming and CAM. * Experience in EDM processes. * Experience in plane and cylindrical grinding. * Experience in dimensional control and precision measuring tools. Required skills * Autonomy and sense of responsibility. * Motivation, rigor and professional conscience. * Versatility and ability to adapt. * Team spirit and ability to collaborate between sectors. * Proactivity and ability to propose technical improvements. Languages * Fluent French indispensable. * Technical English is an asset for reading documentation.
