For our client - the leading Swiss mobility and technology company - we are looking for a structured and assertive personality who perfectly connects finance, IT, and project management, effective immediately. Period: 06.07.2026 to 31.12.2026 (with option for extension) Your mission: Laying the foundation for the digital future In this key role in the PMO (Project Management Office), you will accompany the complex migration from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA at the forefront. You are the central pillar in the system change and ensure quality throughout the process. Your mission: • You plan, coordinate, and accompany the migration steps, validate data transfer, and are involved when the final cut-over is launched into productive operation. • You take over the conception, execution, and thorough documentation of User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and integration tests. You meticulously track down errors and accompany their correction. • You prepare understandable training materials and conduct user training to make the team fit for the new system. • You support operational project controlling, work in program management, and deliver precise reports to stakeholders. Qualifications • You have completed a commercial or technical basic education with a clear reference to IT or finance/controlling. Further training in project management or an SAP certification (e.g. FI/CO, PPM/PS) is a big plus. • You have at least 3 years of experience in controlling and in SAP transformation or implementation projects (junior or professional level). • Absolutely mandatory are in-depth knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA or R/3) and the entire MS 365 suite (especially Excel, Teams, SharePoint). Experience with Jira and Confluence is welcome. • You communicate absolutely confidently in German (very good in word and writing). Good English (B2/C1) and French skills (B1) are very desirable for this interregional environment. Ready for this milestone in your CV?
