The LPP and Foundations Supervisory Authority of Western Switzerland oc Lawyer The LPP and Foundations Supervisory Authority of Western Switzerland (As-So) is responsible for supervising provident institutions with their headquarters in the cantons of Vaud, Valais, Neuchâtel, and Jura, and for supervising classical foundations with their headquarters in the cantons of Vaud, Neuchâtel, and Jura. Its mission is to ensure compliance with legal provisions and proper management of the assets entrusted to the supervised institutions. As a lawyer, you will strengthen our team responsible for supervising so-called "classical" foundations, active in areas such as philanthropy, health, social work, or culture. Tact and the ability to adapt to varied circumstances are therefore particularly sought-after qualities. Lawyer (80-100%) Your mission You will ensure the legal compliance of supervised foundations in an autonomous manner, in collaboration with specialists. You will contribute to guaranteeing their sustainability by ensuring the correct application of legislation. Your activities Supervise foundations in accordance with federal legislation Make administrative decisions throughout their life cycle (supervision, restructuring, complaints, statutes, enforcement measures, etc.) Conduct procedures before judicial authorities (TC, TAF, TF) Contribute to the development and evolution of internal legal texts Participate in professional exchanges and propose consistent solutions Your profile Master's degree in law (bar exam or experience with a court an asset) At least 3 years of professional experience Good knowledge of administrative procedures as well as foundation law or corporate law in general Mastery of legal German Analytical and synthesizing mind Sense of responsibility and decision-making ability Discretion and excellent communication skills Why join us?
