Your field of activity

• First point of contact for technical questions regarding our heat pump systems
• Support for customers, installers and internal employees with technical challenges
• Analysis and solution of demanding fault and application cases
• Cooperation with product management, development and service technology
• Support and further development of remote maintenance and monitoring solutions
• Co-shaping innovative interfaces between heat pumps, PV systems and digital platforms
• Active participation in the digitalization and optimization of our internal processes

Your backpack

• Basic technical training - ideally as a heating installer, electrical installer or in a related profession of house and building technology
• Interest in control, electrical and heat pump technology
• Initial experience with heat pumps or heating systems is an advantage
• Joy in customer contact and in technical challenges
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Team player and a pronounced service orientation

This position is also ideally suited for service technicians who want to contribute their practical knowledge more strongly from the office in the future.
