• Experience in leading and motivating a team, preferably in retail or hospitality
• Inspiring, communicative personality with a sales orientation
• You feel perfectly at home in a dynamic work environment in constant change
• You like physical work, have a hands-on mentality and lead by example
• You are ready to take on co-responsibility for your branch and its results
• You have the ability to remain calm and goal-oriented even in stressful situations
• You are flexible and ready to work on Saturdays as well
