For our partner, a semi-public institution based in Lausanne, we are looking for an HR Administrator at 80-100% as part of a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a possibility of extension. The objective of this mission is to strengthen the HR team as part of the launch of an HRIS implementation project. The start date is desired as soon as possible.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You handle various HR administration tasks, including the drafting of employment contracts and work certificates
• You manage working time, including the entry and monitoring of holidays as well as the correction of time clocking
• You ensure the administrative follow-up of absences and proceed with the declarations of accident and illness cases
• You participate in the preparation of variable elements necessary for payroll processing
• You provide support to the HR team in various administrative tasks and contribute to the quality and updating of personnel data
