The out-of-school care of Schule Männedorf offers a professional care service in a dynamic working environment at various student club locations for children of all school levels. Our offering includes early childhood care, lunch service, and after-school as well as holiday care. • Care and support of the children
• Integration/inclusion of children and relationship building with them
• Creative design of daily care routines
• Cooperation in the team and with the parents
• Participation in team meetings and assumption of organizational as well as administrative tasks
• Care in the holiday care

• Recognized pedagogical qualification
• Joy in contact and commitment when working with children
• Pedagogical sensitivity and assertiveness
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Openness, flexibility and empathy
• IT application skills

You are an interested personality with flair in dealing with dynamic groups of children and a solution-oriented attitude. You maintain your inner calm and keep an overview even in hectic situations. You see challenges as an opportunity for learning and as a central building block for growth - both at the level of the children and in relation to yourself.
