Our spare parts service ensures every day that our customers and our service technicians receive the required spare parts quickly and reliably. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality.

Your tasks

• Receipt and processing of spare parts inquiries and orders from our customers as well as service technicians
• Ordering of spare parts from suppliers domestic and abroad
• Monitoring and tracking of delivery dates
• Creation and follow-up of offers for spare parts
• Recording and maintenance of material master data in the ERP system
• Close cooperation with service coordination, service technicians, customers and supplying plants

Your profile

• Completed training in the logistical or technical field
• Experience in spare parts management, internal service or technical customer service is an advantage
• Technical flair and interest in machines and systems
• Structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Good ERP and MS Office knowledge
• Good German skills, capable of communicating in English
