Work location: Region Baar / Zug

Our client is an established Swiss consulting and fiduciary company based in the Zug region. They support entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial families, as well as their companies and asset structures in Switzerland and in an international environment.

The range of services extends from finance and accounting, taxes and fiduciary services, to corporate and investment structures, as well as financial and organizational issues surrounding companies and family assets. The focus is on long-term and personal support for demanding clients.

To strengthen the team, we are looking for a technically skilled personality who wants to gradually familiarize themselves with the management of demanding mandates and take on their own mandate responsibility in the long term.

Your tasks ###

• Collaboration in the support of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial families and their companies
• Maintaining financial and payroll accounting for companies and private structures
• Preparing VAT returns
• Collaboration in interim and annual financial statements
• Preparing tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Collaboration in budget, liquidity and financial planning
• Supporting the mandate management with various financial and fiduciary issues
• Coordination of ongoing mandates as well as monitoring of deadlines and dates
• Cooperation with internal specialists from the areas of taxes, structuring, accounting and law
• With increasing experience, direct customer contact and gradual assumption of own responsibility in mandate management

Your profile ###

• Commercial basic training, ideally in fiduciary, finance or accounting
• Further training as a fiduciary with a federal diploma or specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma or corresponding further training in progress
• Professional experience in fiduciary, finance or accounting
• Interest in demanding national and international client mandates
• Good knowledge of Abacus and experience with digital accounting processes
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Very good German and English skills, at least level C1
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• Discreet, integral personality with enjoyment of customer contact
