On behalf of one of our clients located on the Riviera vaudoise, we are looking for an

ASSC at 100% (CDI)

wishing to fully invest themselves in supporting residents and contributing to their quality of life on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities

As an essential member of the care team, you will actively participate in the support of residents by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Ensure daily support of residents while respecting their autonomy and dignity.
• Perform basic care and participate in delegated medico-technical acts.
• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of individualized support projects.
• Observe the general state of residents and transmit relevant information to the care team.
• Collaborate closely with the various professionals involved in the care.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes aimed at guaranteeing quality services.
• Maintain a relationship of trust with residents, their relatives, and the teams.

Your profile

• CFC as ASSC or equivalent recognized training.
• First successful experience in a similar position, ideally in an institution.
• Good command of French, both spoken and written.
• Ease in using common IT tools.
• Interest in teamwork and supporting people requiring adapted follow-up.
