Head of Residential Department, (m/f), 80% to 90%, Member of the Management Board

The Eichholz Foundation offers 47 residential and employment places for people with a mental disability and/or an addiction disorder. In 30 single rooms, 2 studios, 15 group living places and a large atelier, we support the service users in a needs-oriented, professionally competent and solution-oriented way in shaping their daily lives. The service users also have the opportunity to participate in internal employment in the kitchen, household or maintenance without pay as part of the daily structure, and this is also available to external persons. Your main tasks include: • Overall responsibility and operational management of the Residential Department with a focus on self-determination and participation. • Managing the Residential Department in line with the mission statement, conceptual principles and in accordance with the performance mandate of the Canton of Zug. • Monitoring, optimizing and developing the care day-to-day, so that the quality of care can be maintained at a high level and a high quality of life for the service users can be achieved. • Responsibility for the introduction, promotion, qualification and deployment planning of employees in the care sector. • Participation in projects and project management in agreement with the institutional management. • Ensuring, implementing and monitoring the quality assurance process. • Supporting and promoting the active further development of the institution and bringing ideas and approaches into the management board.
