Head of Special Cleaning 100%

Agroos Personal AG is continuously looking for qualified and reliable candidates for the medical, construction, and commercial sectors. Currently, we are looking for a Head of Special Cleaning 100% for our client.

Your tasks:

• Ensuring the smooth execution of special cleaning tasks
• Leadership and deployment planning (together with AVOR) of the subordinate employees in special cleaning
• Obtaining and creating offers
• Active customer care
• Organization and provision of work equipment
• Assistance with quality controls
• Deputy for AVOR
• Active participation in projects
• Monitoring/optimization tasks
• Winter service

Your profile:

• EFZ Building Cleaning as well as several years of experience in special cleaning
• Open to further training / courses
• Organizational talent with high resilience and ability to multitask
• Experience in a leadership position is an advantage
• Extremely customer- and service-oriented
• Strong communication skills, ability to handle conflict and motivation
• Independent, precise, and exact way of working
• Willingness for assignments on Saturday as needed
• Proficient use of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Driving license B mandatory, BE an advantage or willingness to obtain it
