To strengthen our documentation and approvals group within the radiation protection and safety department, we are looking for a Naturwissenschaftler*in 80-100% Your tasks Do you want to be trained as a specialist for concepts for the disposal of radioactive waste at PSI or are you already one? Are you interested in leading and coordinating interdisciplinary and long-term projects for the federal collection point? Do you like to acquire additional knowledge and can you get excited about creating complex reports? Do you enjoy working with databases and large amounts of data (SQL)? After a suitable training period and various training sessions, you will be responsible for developing concepts and specifications for the disposal of radioactive waste and the associated approval procedure with the authority. You will also be responsible for project management and communication with individual waste suppliers. Your profile You have a completed university degree in a scientific field (with a doctorate being an advantage). You have specialist knowledge in areas such as radiochemistry, waste management, materials science, or radiation protection. You have very good PC application skills (Microsoft products). You have a very good and stylistically correct command of the German language and good spoken English skills.
