Are you looking for a new challenge in a responsible function? We offer you the opportunity to lead a motivated team as Team Leader Seizures and Liquidations. In this role, you will coordinate processes, take on complex proceedings, and ensure efficient and smooth operations. Contribute as a decisive leadership character and actively shape the further development of our department.

Your tasks

• Competently lead and support a team of 12 employees, as well as plan workflows
• Coordinate tasks and specifically promote employees
• Handle demanding procedures: seizures, liquidations, and attachments
• Examine complex cases and create legally secure orders for them
• Professionally represent the office towards courts, lawyers, and authorities

Your profile

• Commercial training
• At least 3 years of leadership experience at the team leader level
• Further education in the field of leadership and business administration
• Professional experience in debt collection with sound knowledge of the SchKG
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (C1)
• Impeccable reputation (no debt enforcement proceedings)

The Betreibungsamt Bern-Mittelland belongs to the Directorate for Internal Affairs and Justice of the Canton of Bern. It fulfills the tasks from the Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) for the Bern-Mittelland region. These include, among others, the execution of debt enforcement, seizures, and liquidations as well as the processing of bankruptcy proceedings. Through its activity, the office ensures the legally correct enforcement of claims.
