Business Support (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Carrying out quality and completeness checks of information entered during project creation in SAP Fiori as well as validation of project openings - Support for project administration (project opening, project closing, project guarantees, obstruction notifications, amendment letters, 15 stop points, archiving projects in SharePoint) - Creation and processing of external and internal customer invoices - Carrying out financial control with SAP and SAP Fiori - Support for accounts receivable management - Support in the area of reminders and debt collection - Entry of orders as well as reconciliation of supplier invoices with corresponding orders in your area of responsibility - Entry and implementation of contracts in Planon - Support for the Financial Business Partner in monthly tasks and processes - Training of operational employees in the relevant competence area - Contact person for the time tracking tool

Your profile

• Basic commercial or administrative training - Experience in the project field as well as knowledge of business processes in sectors close to construction is an advantage - Imperative knowledge of SAP FI/CO and SAP Fiori - Proactive, motivated and service-oriented personality - Teamwork-oriented, structured and autonomous way of working - Very good knowledge of German, both spoken and written - Knowledge of other national languages as well as English is an advantage
