Are you ready to achieve great things with us? ### YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • You bear overall responsibility for production (70 employees) at the Frauenfeld location - from modernization projects to repairs and overhauls of rail vehicles • With clear decisions and high presence, you successfully lead managers and teams through daily production operations • You ensure that our vehicles are handed over to our customers in the required quality, on schedule, and economically • You continuously develop processes, workflows, and resource utilization, thereby creating the foundation for sustainable success • Based on key figures, you identify potential for improvement and consistently implement optimizations • Together with internal and external partners, you ensure a smooth process along the entire value chain and report directly to the Head of Stadler Service Switzerland • Occupational safety, quality, and environmental standards always have the highest priority for you In short: You take on overall responsibility for production in Frauenfeld and, together with your team, ensure efficient processes, highest quality, and sustainable success.
