Your main tasks ###

• Sub-project management of challenging customer projects during the development and introduction of new products on an international level
• Member of the core team with product management in customer projects as an interface to interdisciplinary development departments and test laboratories as well as systems engineering
• Technical support with direct customer contact to pharmaceutical customers
• Design and coordination of the realization of customer variants and design responsibility for the product
• Planning and support in technical analysis in interdisciplinary teams
• Planning and coordination and presentation of feasibility studies and verifications for customer projects as well as conducting tests on behalf of customers
• Definition and coordination of necessary optimizations and improvement measures
• Creation of technical documents, reports, and presentations during the development process and customer projects

Your profile ###

• Completed training as an engineer in the field of medical technology, plastics technology, or mechanical engineering
• Unbiased in direct contact with customers on the international stage
• Good language proficiency in customer contact and explaining technical topics
• Pronounced networked and cross-functional way of thinking and acting
• High degree of independence, flexibility, and sense of responsibility in a dynamic environment
• Industry experience and know-how in medical technology and injection molding technology desirable
• Very good German and English skills (C1) in speaking and writing
• Enjoy participating in a dynamic environment and driving solutions forward together in a team
