Employee Finance and HR

For a medium-sized, Switzerland-wide operating SME company in the food industry, we are looking for a specialist for the Finance/HR team. Your tasks: Managing the accounts receivable and payable accounting, collaboration in the general ledger and in closing operations, creating payroll runs and expense reports, collaboration in personnel administration. You will be responsible for personnel files, master data and contracts. You will be the contact person for authorities, insurance companies, employees, and general support for the Head of Finance and HR. Occasionally, general work, filing and correspondence for management. Our requirements: Several years of professional experience in accounting and, if possible, in human resources, further training as a accounting specialist or certified FA, skilled handling of MS Office applications, knowledge of Abacus is an advantage, enjoyment of teamwork. You are a communicative, upright and down-to-earth person.
