The Unité d'accueil psycho-éducative (UAP) is offering a position for Head Educator (H/F) of UAP in CDI at 100% The Unité d'accueil psycho-éducative (UAP) is offering for its social life sector the following position: Head Educator (H/F) of UAP in CDI at 100% Mission: Under the responsibility of the head of UAP, the head educator ensures the proper functioning of the socio-professional sector of the unit. He guarantees the quality of reception, accompaniment and follow-up of patients, coordinates multidisciplinary teams in collaboration with the head nurse and contributes to the development of institutional projects promoting autonomy, inclusion and rehabilitation of patients. He is also in charge of monitoring the unit's quality mandate. Your profile: Recognized diploma of social educator ES, HES, or equivalent title. Recognized training in proximity management. Additional training in the field of psychiatry is an asset. Confirmed experience as well as solid knowledge of the activities and functioning of a social or psychiatric institution. Proven skills in educational support as well as in the social and professional reintegration of patients. Excellent skills in team management, organization, planning and priority management.
