For this, we need reinforcement!

We are looking for a commercial allrounder (m/f/d) with great enthusiasm for all topics related to finance, logistics, and office management as reinforcement for our administration team, starting at the earliest possible date.

What awaits you

• You have sound knowledge of personnel and payroll accounting (SwissSalary).
• The independent processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable is within your area of responsibility.
• You work closely with project management and external partners and take over order processing including logistics and inventory coordination.
• You actively contribute your expertise to the planning process when planning budgets and forecasts.
• The organization and management of our office are part of your daily on-site activities.
• In your role as assistant to the management, you actively support strategically important company processes.
• As a member of our administration team, you contribute to the creation and continuous further development of our internal and external reporting – including data analysis, preparation, and management.

What we wish from you

• You have completed vocational training in a business or commercial environment and at least 3 – 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• You bring initial experience in handling ERP systems (Dynamics / Microsoft 365), BI tools, and databases.
• You have very good German and English skills as well as a valid work permit in Switzerland or EU/EFTA citizenship.
• You have a strong affinity for numbers and conceptual abilities as well as strong methodical competencies.
• You work with a high standard of quality.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork as well as a high degree of flexibility and commitment are required.
• You have a goal-oriented hands-on mentality, bring self-initiative, and act independently. Your structured working style and high quality awareness support you in this.
• You enjoy working with international customers and contact persons and solve corresponding challenges with your positive mindset.
• You can get enthusiastic about IIoT, telematics, and innovative, digital topics.
