As part of the development of our production activities, we are looking for a CNC Setting Mechanic Milling & Turning (M/F) to strengthen our machining teams within a renowned watchmaking house.

You will evolve in a high-precision environment where quality, performance and continuous improvement are at the heart of our requirements.

Your missions
------------

• Perform settings, setups and series changes on CNC turning and milling machining centers.
• Ensure the start-up and monitoring of production in compliance with watchmaking quality standards.
• Guarantee the conformity of components through dimensional and aesthetic controls.
• Carry out the necessary corrections to ensure the stability of machining processes.
• Optimize production times and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with the quality, industrialization and maintenance teams.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement processes.
• Analyze non-conformities and propose improvement solutions.
• Ensure the proper functioning of automated production means.
• Contribute to achieving quality, productivity and deadline compliance objectives.

Training

• CFC in Production Mechanic, Polymecanic or training deemed equivalent.

Experience

• Confirmed experience in CNC setting.
• Imperative experience in precision machining.
• Experience in the watchmaking environment is highly appreciated.
• Knowledge in CNC turning and CNC milling.
• Experience in medium to large series production.
