Your tasks ###

• You bear the responsibility for the successful and sustainable management of the Wil SG branch as well as the expansion of sales in the economic region
• Looking after and advising existing customers as well as acquiring new customers is fun for you
• Good needs assessment, convincing presentation of our personnel services and goal-oriented development of individual solutions for our customers are part of your professional customer management
• With our internal HR marketing and your team, you organize great customer and candidate events and constantly expand the regional network with potential business contacts

Your profile and background ###

For this responsible function with a lot of autonomy and broad scope for action, a regionally well-networked, proactive, motivated and reliable personality with the following skills is required:

• A completed vocational training and several years of leadership experience in personnel consulting are mandatory
• Supplementary training in the field of business or HR is an advantage
• As a winning communication professional, you want to develop an entire region
• You are decisive, possess strong negotiation skills, have strong perseverance and very good people skills;
