Your tasks:

• Organization and execution of outpatient surgeries in the specialist areas of orthopedics, gynecology, urology, dermatology, and ENT
• Preparation and post-preparation of the operating rooms with appropriate equipment for minimally invasive and gentle procedures
• Ensuring the sterile working environment as well as compliance with all hygienic and aseptic standards
• Close cooperation with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the nursing staff to ensure a smooth operating room process
• Patient care before and after outpatient procedures, including instruction on postoperative measures
• Documentation and recording of all relevant operating room data as well as optimization of the material and ordering processes for the operating room area

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Specialist in Operating Room Technology HF or Dipl. Nurse FA OP with SRK recognition
• Experience in outpatient surgery or in an interdisciplinary operating room center is an advantage
• High sense of responsibility, independent way of working, and strong organizational talent
• Patient-oriented, empathetic communication and confident appearance
• Enjoyment of regular working hours without night and weekend services
• Very good German skills, other language skills are a plus
