• Support and expansion of customer relationships in the areas of technology, industry and logistics
• Recruitment and placement of qualified specialists
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidate profiles
• Active acquisition of new customers as well as expansion of existing partnerships
• Creation and posting of job advertisements
• Accompanying the entire placement process from recruitment to successful job filling
• Maintenance and expansion of the candidate network

Requirement profile

• Initial experience in recruiting, HR, sales, customer service or a comparable function is an advantage
• Alternatively, great interest in starting a career in personnel consultancy
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and in building long-term relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High service and quality orientation
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as initiative
• Good IT skills
• Proficient German in speaking and writing
• English is an advantage, French is a great plus
