Production Employee 100% (Packaging)

In our manufactory, we prepare high-quality convenience products from our large repertoire of recipes or according to individual customer specifications using carefully selected food. We are looking for a committed and reliable person in the manufactory as of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement as Production Employee 100% (Packaging). Your tasks • Active scooping and filling as well as labeling of trolleys and containers by hand • Operating, controlling and setting up the packaging plants for the filling of our diverse products • Performing cleaning work to meet high quality standards (order and cleanliness) • Active assistance in the monitoring and control of the packaging plants and IT hardware • Compliance with all prescribed guidelines regarding occupational safety, quality concept and hygiene regulations • Support in various areas of food production (recipe provision, main kitchen, dishwashing) We expect • Motivated, flexible and dedicated personality, ideally with experience in the food or gastronomy industry • Structured, responsible and quality-oriented way of working • Very good physical condition (lifting and moving loads up to 25 kg) • Good German skills (predominantly oral) We offer • Interesting, responsible and varied activity in different areas of food production • Careful introduction to the activity and possibility for further development • Open and appreciative interaction in a familiar, collegial and dynamic gastronomy environment • Employment with a long-term perspective • Very good social benefits, a 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday and a contemporary salary We look forward to receiving your complete application documents by e-mail
