Your future area of responsibility

• Independent assumption of case management for social assistance mandates in the asylum and regular social assistance sector according to the social law of the Canton of Solothurn as well as the specifications of the Sozialregion Oberes Niederamt (SON) incl. responsibility for administrative case management
• Counseling and support of persons of all ages as well as families in financial and personal emergencies
• Referral to supplementary special services and economic aids

For this exciting position, you bring

• completed training in social work (HF, FH) or equivalent qualifications
• several years of professional experience in the field of statutory social assistance with good knowledge in the social insurance sector is desirable
• joy in dealing with people of all social strata as well as with offices and authorities
• flair for administrative work and good ICT user knowledge (KlibNet, Microsoft 365 applications)
• goal-oriented, independent and reliable way of working
