You make globally developed solutions fit for the market and, together with internal teams and external partners, develop new local offers. Our portfolio combines measurement technology, billing, energy and self-consumption solutions, as well as digital services for the real estate industry. You are responsible for their positioning, pricing, market launch, and further development and are the central hub between the market, sales, technology, operations, and the ista Gruppe. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Product & Portfolio Manager Energy & Building Solutions for the market in full-time (100 %). Your tasks You are responsible for the structure, positioning, roadmap, and lifecycle of our product and service portfolio. You adapt globally developed products and services to the requirements of the market and coordinate their introduction until operational market readiness. You develop new solutions for specific market requirements together with internal specialist departments and external partners. You analyze customer needs, the market, competition, as well as regulatory and technological developments and translate these into clear product requirements and priorities. You develop product, package, and pricing strategies, prepare price adjustments, and develop business cases as well as decision-making bases. You steer market launches together with sales, marketing, and operations and ensure that new offers are understandable, saleable, and operationally implementable. You ensure the necessary product information, sales documents, and training and support sales in complex customer cases and strategic sales opportunities. You steer the further development of the portfolio based on relevant KPIs and represent the requirements of the market towards global product management, the development areas of the ista Gruppe, and external partners. What you bring with you A higher technical or technical-economic education at FH or Uni level, for example in building technology, energy, electrical, supply technology, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study. Several years of experience in product management, solution management, or in a comparable market-oriented function with product or solution responsibility. A good technical and commercial understanding as well as the ability to think about products, services, and digital solutions from the customer's perspective. Experience with product positioning, pricing, business cases, or market launches. The ability to structure complex topics, set priorities, and align different internal and external stakeholders bindingly towards a common goal. Entrepreneurial thinking, strong customer and market orientation, as well as a reliable eye for profitability and implementability. Very good German skills and good English skills.
