Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF 80% Your tasks You take over the deputy role of the nursing management with approx. 40% office share You take over the daily responsibility in our nursing department with 30 single rooms With our residents, you take over assignments in basic and treatment care You advise and accompany our residents and their relatives based on the key person concept You are familiar with the RAI-NH resident assessment You create nursing documentation and the individual care planning You lead - advise - coach our nursing team You are motivated to contribute and implement your own ideas - processes in cooperation with the nursing management What you bring with you Training as a Dipl.
