Project Manager: Building Services / HLK 80-100%

In this responsible role, you will lead a dedicated project office team of three employees and support the project managers in leading nationwide projects in integral facility management. Your main tasks: • Personnel and technical leadership of the project office team • Administrative support in projects - from initiation to completion • Analysis of tools and working materials for efficient project management • Control and monitoring of project accounting • Financial controlling for the construction project management sector • Implementation and control of controlling tasks and tools • Contact person for customers for financial reporting • Monitoring of information and value flows in the project portfolio Your profile: • Completed training in the field of heating / cooling or a comparable technical basic education • Several years of professional experience in a comparable management function as well as in-depth knowledge in project management desired • Comprehensive practical experience in financial controlling and project accounting • Very good knowledge of Excel • Fluent German language skills as well as good French and English language skills • Empathetic and service-oriented personality with a flair for numbers Thank you very much for your time and I wish you a pleasant weekend.
