We offer: A desk job in healthcare – without shifts, without weekend service An induction period of around six months, because the specialist field requires it Up to two days of home office per week after the induction period Fixed working hours from 08.00 to 12.00 and 13.30 to 17.00 A place of work a few minutes' walk from the train station Your tasks You check invoice and benefit documents and verify them according to legal and medical specifications You approve invoices for payment or object to them – you decide, not a form You answer email inquiries from insured persons and service providers You provide information by telephone, also to medical practices, hospitals and pharmacies You clarify open cases, if necessary together with the medical advisory service Your profile Medical foundation. MPA, nursing professional, medical practice coordinator – or KV with experience in a hospital or a practice In addition to German, you speak Italian or French at correspondence level B2. You telephone and write in them without hesitation Technical curiosity. The software has grown and is not self-explanatory. You don't have to be an IT professional, but you should want to get into it Accuracy under volume. When many documents are present at the same time, you do not lose track Proximity to the place of work.
