For the inpatient department at the Münchenbuchsee location, we are looking for an employee on an hourly basis (approx. 5%) in the deputy area for music therapy by arrangement. You place the individual musical expression possibilities of the patients as well as their emotional perception of sound, rhythm and resonance at the center and thus contribute significantly to psychological stabilization and recovery. Through targeted music therapeutic interventions, feelings are made experienceable, processed and regulated, resources are activated and self-perception and ability to express are strengthened. Many of our music therapeutic offers are designed to unfold sustainable effects by facilitating access to inner processes and contributing long-term to more emotional balance and well-being in everyday life. Your area of responsibility includes the therapeutic accompaniment of patients mainly in groups (approx. 8 people) as well as in a few individual sessions during the planned absences of our colleagues in music therapy. The completion of administrative tasks and interprofessional exchange are further components of your assignment. The music therapy belongs to the area of the special therapeutic service and forms a fixed part of the treatment programs. What you bring with you You have completed training as a music therapist You are familiar with the methodology of improvisation and can apply it confidently in music therapeutic practice Temporal flexibility (also during school holidays) is not a problem for you, so that you can take over at least 12-15 assignments per year of 1-2 days each between Monday and Thursday. The assignments are planned towards the end of the previous year for the following year, as they are mainly holiday substitutions.
