Childcare Specialist or Social Pedagogue for the Secondary Day School, 50-60 %

We are looking for reinforcement as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. The workload is 50 - 60%. You will work 3 to 4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) during the 39 school weeks; during the school holidays (13 weeks), the additional hours will be compensated. Tasks ## Your main activity includes the care and animation of an average of 200 youths during lunchtime. Your tasks are supplemented by supplementary teaching offers, socio-pedagogical support of individual students, the implementation of school projects, e.g. (addiction) prevention, accompaniment of camps and excursions, as well as conceptual and administrative activities. Profile ## • Experience in working with youths or willingness to engage with this target group • Ability to act independently • Ability for professional teamwork as well as interdisciplinary cooperation with the various professional groups at a school   You possess one of the following qualifications: • Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ (specialization in childcare) • University of Applied Sciences for Social Work (FH/HF), or an equivalent tertiary-level training in the pedagogical field • Pedagogical University (Teacher, Kindergarten teacher)   A Swiss equivalence certificate must be attached to all foreign diplomas and professional certificates. Currently, the school has around 270 students, about three quarters of whom are at the day school and are also provided with meals here.
