Your position: ## Financial Business Partner Area • As a financial business partner, you are the direct interlocutor of the CEO and work closely with operations, supply chain management, IT and accounting. • You are responsible for financial control as well as the financial support of strategic transformation, optimization and investment projects, in accordance with the group strategy. • You are responsible for budgeting, forecasting as well as CAPEX and OPEX management. • You perform variance analyses between forecasts and actuals, identify causes and develop appropriate measures with the relevant departments. • You are responsible for the management of net working capital, receivables and payables. • You prepare KPI reports, management dashboards and relevant presentations for different actors. • You develop long-term financial strategies as well as integrated 3 to 5 year planning to support the corporate strategy. • You analyze market, competition and sector trends and develop appropriate measures for the development of Technomag AG   Project Management Area • You lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from planning to successful implementation. • You ensure compliance with project objectives in terms of time, cost and quality. • You coordinate internal and external stakeholders and promote effective collaboration. • You identify risks, develop solutions and drive the implementation of appropriate measures. • You regularly report on project progress and decision bases to management.
