Head of Occupational Safety and Environment (m/f) 80–100 % Your working day In this key position, directly reporting to the management, you will take over the overall responsibility for the three central areas of occupational safety & health protection, environment & energy, as well as project management & project leadership. You will ensure that legal requirements, internal standards, and entrepreneurial goals are not only met, but effectively translated into the organization and sustainably anchored. In the area of occupational safety and health protection, you will further develop existing systems, conduct risk analyses, audits, and inspections, train employees, and strengthen the safety culture throughout the company. At the same time, you will be responsible for the topics of environment and energy, monitor relevant processes, ensure necessary compliance, and initiate targeted optimization and efficiency measures. Furthermore, you will lead and control projects in the areas of safety, environment, and energy - from conception to implementation to reporting to management and the group. You will coordinate internal and external interfaces, bring about improvements, and ensure that change processes are professionally accompanied and successfully implemented.
