For our Group, we are looking for: Site Manager Delémont (M/F) Activity rate 100% | Permanent contract (Workplace – Delémont) Your mission We are looking for a Site Manager to ensure the operational management of our Delémont site. Acting as a true link between management, teams, and customers, you guarantee the smooth running of the site, coordinate daily activities, and ensure compliance with procedures, safety, and the quality of our services. Your main responsibilities • Ensure the daily management of the site and supervise all operations. • Supervise, organize, and support the teams in the field. • Plan and coordinate site activities while ensuring compliance with deadlines and priorities. • Guarantee compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. • Ensure the proper maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and materials. • Ensure the administrative and operational follow-up of the site (indicators, reports, ERP, etc.). • Be the preferred interlocutor for customers, suppliers, and local partners. • Collaborate closely with the different services of the Group to ensure efficient organization. Profile sought • You benefit from technical, logistical, or commercial training, completed by proven experience in the management of a site or a team. • You possess solid management skills and enjoy field work. • You are organized, autonomous, rigorous, and solution-oriented. • You have an excellent sense of communication and know how to unite a team. • You master IT tools (Office 365, ERP, etc.). • You must imperatively master German (minimum level B2), both spoken and written. • Experience in the recycling, transport, or industrial sector is a real asset.
