MPA EFZ or Medical Secretary for Care and Support Scheduling 40 - 50%, Emmen YOUR TASKS: * You professionally bill medical services and ideally already work with TARDOC. * You prepare weekly medications carefully and responsibly. * You manage the pharmacy and ensure the timely ordering of medications. * You coordinate material orders and keep an eye on stock levels. * You undertake versatile administrative tasks and support a smooth process. * You work closely with our home physician, the APN/PEX, and the nursing departments. * You actively contribute to the further development of our workflows and processes. YOUR PROFILE: * Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or Medical Secretary * Experience in the billing of medical services; knowledge of TARDOC is an advantage * Confident handling of medications and experience in preparing weekly medications * Experience in pharmacy management, medication ordering, and material logistics * Good administrative skills and confidence in using digital work tools * Experience in long-term care is a plus, but not a must Ready for a task with responsibility and impact?
