Then apply now! A well-established commercial company is currently looking for a Payroll Manager 80-100%. The position is to be filled immediately or by agreement. Your tasks at the new employer • You lead the payroll team professionally and personally and ensure correct and timely salary processing • You are responsible for payroll processing, accompany monthly and annual closings and collaborate closely with financial accounting • You support managers and employees regarding questions related to salaries, social insurance and personnel-related topics • You optimize payroll processes, master data and interfaces and participate in salary negotiations, budgeting and reporting • You contribute your experience on complex payroll topics and ensure efficient processes with the team You offer your new employer • Commercial training as well as additional training in the field of payroll or social insurance constitute the ideal basis for this position • You have several years of experience in payroll, preferably in a large company, as well as initial experience in team management • You have mastered the digitization and optimization of processes • Very good knowledge of SAP-HCM as well as German and a good level of French facilitate your daily exchanges • Team spirit, good communication skills, precision and an autonomous and solution-oriented way of working characterize your personality Have we piqued your interest?
