Due to our steady growth, we are looking for a passionate and sports-enthusiastic Assistant Manager Fitness Club (m/f/d) on a 100% basis for our club in Chur, starting immediately or by arrangement. As a Fitness Instructor for PureGym, you always give your all to enable our members to have the best experience in our clubs. You also support measures to increase performance in the club and act as the right hand of the gym management. Your role includes the following activities and responsibilities: You look after and accompany our members in a friendly manner and spread the PureGym spirit throughout the entire area You implement the specified PureGym standards and lead by example You monitor all club areas and ensure that all quality requirements for safety, cleanliness, and health protection are always guaranteed You regularly obtain information on PureGym news and market developments and support the gym management in the development and implementation of plans on how your club can assert itself in the market You get involved in promotional activities and support your club with flyering What you bring with you: You have a qualification as a fitness instructor (m/f/d) with recognition by Qualitop Switzerland You have a high affinity for sports, fitness, health, and sales You have very good German and English skills (at least B2), other languages are a plus You are flexible in terms of time, including shifts in the evenings and on weekends You have a high sense of responsibility and are ready to take on deputy tasks of the gym management You enjoy customer contact and like working with people You are motivated to take on new tasks You are independent and like working in a team What we offer you: We offer a free gym membership for you and one other person of your choice We grant 25 days of vacation on a 100% basis as well as an additional Personal Day We support additional qualifications in the fitness sector We offer you good career opportunities within our company We guarantee an industry-standard salary and offer further success-based compensation We offer diverse discounts on our product range as well as exclusive discounts with our partners We are a young, dynamic, and international team Apply now and become part of the PureGym team.
