Your tasks: * Personnel leadership of the maintenance team for conveyor technology including deployment and absence planning, training and technical instruction * Maintenance, upkeep and troubleshooting of technical systems * Carrying out technical controls in relation to occupational safety * Co-responsibility for the reduction of downtime and stoppages * Ensuring the procurement and availability of spare parts * Organization and coordination of external suppliers and fitters * Responsibility for seamless documentation as well as management of orders and feedback with our maintenance program What you bring with you: * Completed basic technical training * Leadership experience in a similar position * Assertiveness, solution-oriented way of acting as well as high resilience * Strong organizational skills as well as a team-oriented and proactive personality * No sensitivity to blood, strong odors and height (up to 25 meters) * Good knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP knowledge is an advantage * Very good German skills in spoken and written language
