Your Profile

• Completed professional training as a chef
• Passion for fine cuisine
• Enthusiasm for luxury hospitality and the commitment to achieve excellence in all areas
• Excellent English skills as the company language
• Additional knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage; any further language skills are considered a plus
• Enjoy working in a dynamic and demanding environment

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring exceptional service and embodying our values: authenticity, precision, and attention to detail.
• Responsibility for smooth operations in your area and maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Ensuring proper handling and cleaning of machines, equipment, and kitchen utensils in the kitchen.
• Compliance with hygiene regulations.
• All pre- and post-preparation tasks for an optimal kitchen workflow, including cleaning the workstation after every service.
• Planning and organization of the salad buffet.
• Collaboration with the team in menu planning and food provisioning.
