Our client, an established real estate service provider in the city of Olten, manages over 1000 rental units with a focus on residential space. For the existing market and customer base, they are seeking an innovative, loyal, customer-oriented, operational personality for a temporary limited-term employment of around 6 months: Your tasks • Operational management of rental properties in close cooperation with the team • Support of mandates • Collaboration on the further development of the entire management cycle • Co-responsible for owners in legal and technical matters • Ongoing optimization of processes and collaboration on small and large projects Your profile • Technical or commercial basic training with several years of professional experience in real estate management • Further training as a real estate manager with a federal certificate of proficiency (eidg.
