This is what you can BEffect: You create company valuations and financial models that serve our customers as a solid basis for decision-making and help to achieve strategic goals. Financial plans included. You take over the coordination of Due Diligence audits and independently lead sub-projects, whereby you are responsible for the entire process and always maintain an overview. You support succession arrangements and M\&A transactions and accompany companies through all phases of the transaction, from planning to implementation. You create and coordinate important transaction documents in the M\&A area such as IM's, Long- and Shortlists as well as Teasers and presentations and ensure that they are prepared professionally and purposefully. You actively help to drive forward and further expand the Corporate Finance area in the coming years. You are capable of developing/redesigning products/services in Corporate Finance and also enjoy working on the acquisition front. You work closely in a team, independently take on project sub-tasks and mentor junior employees to be successful together. Team leadership foreseeably possible. Wirtschaftsprüfer. bring at least 2\-3 years of professional experience as a Wirtschaftsprüfer and/or in the field of M\&A, Due Diligence or succession arrangements, ideally in the SME environment. bring an independent, reliable and committed way of working and approach complex tasks precisely and in a structured manner. think entrepreneurially and master challenges proactively and solution-oriented. enjoy working at the customer front but also in a team. are open to new topics and further training in the field of Corporate Finance and M\&A and are ready to continuously develop yourself.
