Your tasks

• You plan, organize, and carry out efficient assessments on-site or by telephone to assess helplessness in the areas of IV and AHV.
• You identify invalidity-related restrictions, assess them, and pass the results on to the responsible specialists.
• You write your assessment reports, process insurance claims in the area of assistance allowances, and create decisions.
• You contribute your professional assessment to interdisciplinary exchange, e.g., with doctors, lawyers, reintegration specialists.
• You also analyze complex life situations and create the basis for well-founded and comprehensible decisions.
• You maintain appreciative and professional contact with insured persons, relatives, and other stakeholders.

Your competencies

• You have training in the healthcare sector (preferably in the nursing field) and have several years of professional experience.
• You have a solution-oriented way of working, organizational skills, and plan your assignments flexibly, efficiently, and customer-oriented.
• You convince with your very good written expression and create reports and decisions precisely and comprehensibly.
• You are interested in social security law issues (IV/AHV) and have a quick grasp.
• You maintain an empathetic manner and do not shy away from visiting insured persons at home.
• You possess a driver's license (Cat. B) and enjoy traveling in the Canton of Luzern.
